This solution includes battery backup so that passengers can contact KONE’s dedicated 24/7 call-centre staff even if the building loses power.

After reviewing the network signal and connections in the building, our team will supply and fit a Universal 3G Gateway in a suitable location, integrating it with your existing lift emergency phone. During this process, the lift will be secured and taken out of service as well as being tested before being placed back into service.
